The last of the Melton tournaments was held on one of the hottest days of the season and was enjoyed by all who took part.
The tournament sponsor Peter Moyes presented the trophy to the winners John Whiting, Alan Buck & Tony Cocker scoring 40 points with 33 shots difference just edging out Terry Garnham, Andy Morey & Eric Titshall also with 40 points but shots difference of 26 to secure second place.
Third with 38 points was Jim Rudd, Valerie Holt and Brian Holt.
The mystery score prize went to Bill Moss, Eve Saunders & Ian Saunders
